Manages all daily activities, while also improving overall business functions and developing the talent within the company. Also responsible for developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals within the team.
Responsible for following a project’s entire process from the moment the work orders are created by planning, scheduling, and overseeing the workflow of jobs being manufactured from the moment that a PO is created until the time it is shipped to the customer.
Sales/Purchasing/ Estimating Manager
Manages all client accounts and inquiries, from RFQs/POs, to any questions or concerns our clientele may have. Responsible for bringing in new clients and helping establish agreements between the client and our manufacturing team. Responsible for ensuring all purchase items are obtained for all projects, as well as estimates.
Responsible for all quality related activities, including inspections, NCRs, RMAs, and any other quality activities or issues that may arrise.
